Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Returns of certain types of merchandise are not permitted. Thus, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, nor flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that cannot be returned include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (where applicable):

  • Books showing obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS cassettes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (where applicable) Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (where applicable) If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact the company that issued your credit card, as it may take some time for the refund to officially appear. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted. If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at: contact@trymilla.com.

Exchanges (where applicable) We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email us at contact@trymilla.com.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to deliver it to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver, and they will be aware that you returned the gift.

The shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued at more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
