Privacy Policy of Milla

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit trymilla.com (the “Site”) or make a purchase there.

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED

COOKIES

Here is a list of cookies we use. We have listed them here so you can choose whether to allow them or not.

  • _session_id: Unique session identifier, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).
  • _shopify_visit: No data retained, persists for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by our website provider's internal statistics tracking system to record the number of visits.
  • _shopify_uniq: No data retained, expires at midnight (based on the visitor's location) the following day. Calculates the number of visits to a store by a unique customer.
  • cart: Unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores information about your shopping cart.
  • _secure_session_id: Unique session identifier.
  • storefront_digest: Unique identifier, indefinite if the store has a password, used to determine if the current visitor has access.
  • “Log files” track activity on the Site and collect data such as your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring and exit pages, and timestamp data (date and time).
  • “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files that record information about how you browse the Site.

Furthermore, when you make or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information about you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. This automatically collected information is referred to as “Order Information”.

When we use the term “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we refer to both Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

In general, we use the Order Information we collect to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

GENERAL TERMS FOR TEXTUAL MARKETING

We use a text messaging platform subject to the following general terms. By entering your phone number during the checkout process and initiating a purchase, signing up via our subscription form, or replying to a keyword, you agree that we may send you SMS notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and marketing offers via SMS. Your phone number, name, and purchase-related information will be shared with our SMS platform "Fastr", a U.S.-based company located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA. This data will be used to send you targeted marketing messages and notifications.

If you no longer wish to receive marketing messages and SMS notifications, you can unsubscribe by replying STOP to any mobile message sent by us or by using the unsubscribe link provided in one of our messages. You understand and agree that any alternative opt-out method, such as using different words or non-standard requests, will not be considered a valid opt-out method.
